菲利浦·大卫·查尔斯·柯林斯（英语：Phillip David Charles Collins，1951年1月30日－）生于伦敦，菲尔·柯林斯（Phil Collins）则是他广为人之的名字，是当代英国摇滚乐与流行音乐的乐手。格莱美奖获得者。身为爵士融合团体Brand X与前卫摇滚团体创世纪乐团的鼓手，并且在彼得加布瑞尔离开创世纪乐团后，顶替了该团的主唱位置。

菲尔与众多著名乐手合作过，像是乔治·哈里森、保罗·麦卡尼、Robert Plant、埃里克·克莱普顿、Mike Oldfield、史汀、John Cale、Brian Eno、彼得·盖布瑞尔与Ravi Shankar。

他的单曲多与失恋有关，从侧重于鼓声的"In the Air Tonight"， 到舞曲"Sussudio"， 还是与政治有关的"Another Day in Paradise"（粤语版本：新人类），都获得了极大的成功。他的曲风尤为多变， 他个人无论在前卫摇滚，还是一般流行乐， 甚至是MTV的各种榜单上都占有一席之地。

菲尔的打鼓岁月起始于他五岁时的圣诞礼物：一套玩具鼓。菲尔全心全意投入鼓的练习，稍后他的叔叔便替他买了一套更精细的鼓供他练习。当他还是个青年时，鼓技已经可以说是职业级的。他的演出生涯早已起步，主要是担任童星以及模特，比较特别的演出包括出现在披头士乐团的电影一夜狂欢中（不过，保罗告诉菲尔说他始终不相信这件事情柯林斯在报纸上得知创世纪乐团正在招募成员，经过一连串的测试顺利地录取（菲尔在听过先前不同鼓手所演奏的部分后，自己将其重新编织起来，令乐团的成员们惊艳）。

一直很喜欢PHIL COLLINE那沙沙，细细的声音
本来是想推荐他的《DO YOU REMEMBER》，因为今天晚上煲了一晚上的箱子，这首歌煲箱子蛮合适的，想想有可能不是每个人都喜欢，所以还是分享一首他的精典之作吧 《anotherday in paradise》,有兴趣的朋友可以自己找来听听《DO YOU REMEMBER》
