周末刷九峰

2006.12.09,晴,微风,3-6℃,早8:00出门换鞋沿中南路-付家坡--街道口---体院---华工--城建学院---9:45刷到九峰,换鞋上山,从马驿峰下来后去了长江高尔夫练习场,然后返回,*泳,周围一片静谧,空无一人,风有点大,水很冷啊,不是一般的冷,针扎的一样冷或热啊,上岸后赶紧穿衣,添加热量,12:40下山,一路刷回.14:20胜利返回。
